About The Library
The library caters to the educational and research needs of the academic community and its resources are consulted by scholars, teachers, students and staff members of the institute. Since its inception, it has been playing a pivotal role in teaching and learning of engineering programmes.
The Library collection comprises resources in the field of science, technology, management, humanities and social sciences. The library is computerized with LSEase - library management software (intranet). Users are provided with Wi-Fi enabled reading room with 75 seating, internet access and reprographic facilities.
At present library has a collection of 20,700 books, 35 print journals, 15 magazines and 10 newspapers, e-journal databases such as J-GATE and Proquest- Engineering Collection, 1500 E-Books, previous year question papers, project reports, case studies, NPTEL and SWAYAM resources, National Digital Library of India (NDLI) Club membership and institutional membership of American Centre Library and British Council Library. It has also institutional membership of DELNET Consortium New Delhi.
